1. Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed in Romania by OUG 34/2014), you may withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. Notify us by email before the deadline expires.

2. Extended 30-day money-back guarantee

On top of the statutory right, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your order — no questions asked.

Note: for hygiene reasons (Art. 16 OUG 34/2014), tubes that have been unsealed cannot be returned. The guarantee covers unopened tubes from your bundle.

3. How to return

  1. Email support@potentorix.com with your order number and reason (optional).
  2. You will receive return instructions and the return address within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the parcel with tracking. Keep the receipt.
  4. We confirm receipt within 5 business days of arrival.

4. Refunds

We refund the full amount paid, using the same payment method (card via Stripe), within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where we shipped a wrong or damaged product.

5. Damaged or wrong items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging — in these cases return shipping is on us.
