1. Seller

These terms govern purchases made on potentorix.com, operated by Savaya Leads S.R.L. (Romania) [TODO: CUI / Trade Register No. / registered address]. Contact: support@potentorix.com.

2. Product

Potentorix is a cosmetic product (body gel, 50 ml tube) intended for external use by adult men. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not use on irritated or damaged skin.

3. Ordering and payment

Prices are displayed in HUF and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other methods shown at checkout).
The purchase contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email.
This is a one-time purchase — no subscription and no recurring charges.

4. Delivery

Free shipping. Delivery within 3–5 business days across the EU. You will receive tracking details by email where available.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU; OUG 34/2014) and our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Return Policy.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price to the extent permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Disputes

Consumers may contact ANPC (anpc.ro) or use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Romanian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
